While we stay small, Cofactu runs on "Founder Mode": when you reach out, it comes to me. There's a downside — I don't reply in 2 minutes — and an upside: when I do reply, you're not handed off to another department or asked to open a 5-field ticket.
- Reply < 8 h during business hours (usually < 2 h)
- Best-effort on weekends for critical issues (AEAT, certificate)
- No tiers, no "I'll escalate it to the tech department"
