Sell, win, invoice. On the same screen.

The only Spanish CRM that closes the lead → AEAT electronic invoice cycle with no gaps. Pipedrive doesn't invoice. Holded has no CRM. Cofactu does both — and sends the signed invoice to the AEAT in 30 seconds when you click "Win".

The market gap

Your CRM doesn't invoice. Your invoicing tool has no CRM.

Every won deal gets entered twice. Cofactu joins the two halves into a single screen.

Pipedrive / HubSpot: no invoicing

Great as a CRM, but they don't invoice. You have to duplicate the client in Holded/Sage and re-enter the amounts by hand. Every won deal costs 5-10 minutes of re-entry.

Holded / Sage: no real CRM

The CRM in Spanish ERPs is made of "tasks + notes" — no real kanban, no weighted forecast, no deal rotting. It shows it's a bolted-on module, not the core.

Cofactu closes the loop

Kanban pipeline + tasks + forecast + attachments + multi-contact + VeriFactu electronic invoicing in the same session. No duplicating, no jumping between apps, no client slipping through between the yes and the payment.

What's included

A real CRM, not a notes module

Everything you'd expect from Pipedrive, but connected to invoicing and AEAT tax forms from minute one.

Pipeline

Kanban pipeline with 6 stages

Lead → Qualified → Proposal sent → Negotiation → Won / Lost. Drag-and-drop between columns, totals and weighted forecast in real time (standard Pipedrive probabilities).

Tasks

Tasks with due date and owner

Create reminders straight from the deal record: "Call María", "Send contract", "Confirm demo date". High/medium/low priority, "My tasks today" widget on the dashboard.

Deal rotting

Stale deal alerts

If a deal sits more than 7 days without activity in "Lead" or 14 in "Proposal", it gets flagged with an amber badge. No manual reminders — the app tells you which one to chase.

Tags

Multi-color tags

Create tags by sector ("SaaS", "Industrial"), priority ("urgent"), channel ("inbound", "referral") or whatever you need. Multi-assign per deal, saved filters.

Contacts

Multiple contacts per deal

Decision-maker, sales rep, technical contact, account manager — without forcing everything into a single "notes" field. Email and phone with direct mailto:/tel: links.

R2 attachments

Attachments in EU storage

Proposal PDFs, signed contracts, presentations. Cloudflare R2 storage (EU datacenter), up to 25 MB per file, without counting against your invoice quota.

How it works

From first contact to the AEAT CSV

1

Capture the lead in /crm

Create the deal with a title, estimated amount and client. If the client doesn't exist yet, create it from the same form — it will later be reused for invoicing.

2

Move it through the pipeline as it progresses

Drag to "Proposal sent" when you send the PDF (which you can also upload as an attachment to the deal). Add tasks so you don't forget to follow up. The stale deal alert warns you if it's been sitting too long.

3

Click "Win deal → invoice"

We generate a draft invoice with 1 line for the estimated amount + 21% VAT, mark the deal as won and save the association. You review and approve it.

4

Cofactu sends the invoice to the AEAT

On approval, it goes out through the VeriFactu channel signed with your FNMT certificate. Official AEAT CSV in under 30 seconds. The deal stays linked to the invoice for auditing and reporting.

The "wow" moment

Win deal → VeriFactu invoice in 1 click

When a deal moves to "Won", Cofactu creates the invoice draft with the deal's amount, links it to the client and leaves it ready for you to approve. On approval, it goes out signed via the VeriFactu channel — the AEAT returns the official CSV in under 30 seconds.

0 re-typing

no re-entering client, amount or description

Idempotent

a double click returns the first invoice, no duplicates

Who it's for

If you sell B2B in Spain, this CRM saves you hours

Self-employed consultant / agency

You run 5-15 open deals a month. Pipedrive costs more than your revenue. Cofactu CRM comes with the €39 Business plan.

B2B small business with a sales rep

Your sales rep goes from "deal won" to "invoice issued" in 1 click — instead of asking admin, waiting 2 days and finding out it never happened.

Accounting firm with recurring services

Track opportunities with your clients (plan changes, new services, year-end closings) and turn them into invoices without switching systems.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before trying it

What exactly happens when I click "Win deal → invoice"?

Cofactu generates a draft invoice with 1 line for the deal's estimated amount + 21% VAT, links it to the client, marks the deal as won and saves the deal ↔ invoice link. You review and approve it; once approved, it goes out signed via the VeriFactu channel. You don't re-enter the client, amount or description.

If I click "Win deal" twice, does it generate two invoices?

No. The conversion is idempotent — if you click twice, the second call returns the invoice already created instead of generating a duplicate. The deal only ever links to one invoice.

How does the "stale deal" alert work?

If a deal sits more than 7 days without activity in the "Lead" column or more than 14 in "Proposal sent", it gets flagged automatically with an amber badge. You don't need to set manual reminders: the app tells you which deal to chase.

How is it different from Pipedrive or the Holded CRM?

Pipedrive and HubSpot are great CRMs but don't invoice: every won deal has to be re-entered into Holded/Sage by hand. Spanish ERPs have a CRM made of tasks + notes, with no real kanban, weighted forecast or deal rotting. Cofactu delivers a real pipeline + VeriFactu electronic invoicing in the same session.

Where are the attachments and CRM data stored?

Attachments (proposals, contracts, presentations) go to Cloudflare R2 in an EU datacenter, up to 25 MB per file and without counting against your invoice quota. The rest of the CRM data lives in Neon (Frankfurt) — all in the EU, GDPR-compliant with no transfers.

Is the CRM included in my plan or is it an extra?

It's included. The kanban pipeline, tasks, tags, contacts and invoice conversion all come with the plan — starting from the €39 Business plan. It's not a per-user add-on like Pipedrive (€14 per person per month).

Stop entering the same deal twice

Create the deal once, move it through the pipeline, and when you win it Cofactu generates the signed AEAT electronic invoice for you. No gaps, no re-entering, no payment slipping through.
