File directly with the AEAT

1 click generates the BOE file or the TGVI flow, signs with your certificate and sends it. You get the official CSV without visiting the tax office's website.

Proof with a chain of custody

The AEAT's CSV + a SHA-256 hash of the file, kept in your audit trail. If Hacienda asks, you have it 1 click away with a link to the tax office's site.

Reuse your VeriFactu certificate

The same encrypted .p12 you already use for invoicing. No re-uploading it return by return like everyone else forces you to.

The market gap

Everyone calculates the return. Only Cofactu files it.

The AEAT publishes a proprietary protocol, TGVI Online v2.8, for informational returns, and fixed-position BOE files for self-assessments. Integrating it requires mTLS, an X.509 v3 certificate, ISO-8859-1 encoding and positional parsing. That's why almost no one does it.

  • Everyone else: downloads a file for you and sends you to the tax office's website to upload it by hand.
  • Cofactu: signs and sends it for you, and hands back the official CSV.
Process

File a quarter in four steps

No tax-office website, no retyping data and no re-uploading your certificate.

  1. 1

    Upload your FNMT certificate once

The .p12 is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and the password is stored separately. If you already uploaded it for VeriFactu, you won't do it again.

  2. 2

    Cofactu aggregates the period's data

It pulls from the invoices, expenses, payroll and rental income already in the app. The return balances itself.

  3. 3

Review and click "File with AEAT"

We generate the BOE file or the TGVI flow, sign it and send it. Proof-of-filing CSV appears on screen instantly.

  4. 4

The proof of filing stays in your audit trail

SHA-256 hash + AEAT CSV + a direct link to the tax office's site. Evidentiary proof ready for an inspection.
