Yes, already today. Every receipt from Cofactu's POS goes out with its AEAT verification QR — on the thermal printer, on the browser receipt, and in the customer email. That also covers refunds (with their corrective invoice) and historical reprints. The QR will be mandatory on every receipt issued with software from 2027 onward: January for companies, July for the self-employed.
Yes. On every sale you can choose between issuing a simplified receipt (no buyer details) or a full VeriFactu invoice, signed and sent to the AEAT. Both go into the same numbered series for the organization and generate the chained hash required by RD 1007/2023.
The POS needs a connection to sync stock, send orders to the KDS, and generate VeriFactu invoices (submission to the AEAT happens in real time). The sale itself can run in a degraded mode for simplified receipts, but full sync requires network access.
Yes. Cofactu has a single inventory. A POS sale deducts stock from the warehouse assigned to that register. An accepted supplier invoice increases stock at the receiving warehouse. There's no second inventory system to reconcile.
Yes. Each location has its own warehouses with independent stock. You can set a minimum stock level per product and warehouse — if store A runs out of units but store B has surplus, the inventory panel shows it in the same place.
