For self-employed · For accounting firms

Your accountant sees it all. You do nothing.

Invite them with an email. They'll see your invoices, download your forms, and alert you about deadlines. No re-sending Excel files, no asking «send me the quarter». Ready in 30 seconds.

asking «send me the quarter» — they help themselves whenever they want

Why it exists

From «send me the quarter» to zero emails

The bottleneck between self-employed and accountant is always the same: re-sending invoices, exporting Excel files, chasing the missing receipt. Cofactu removes it — your accountant logs in and sees what they need, when they need it, without asking you.

  • Before: WhatsApp, loose Excel files, and «can you send me March's expense?».
  • With Cofactu: permanent read access, they download only what they need.
How it works

3 steps. Once. Zero hassle.

No long onboarding: the accountant panel is the same as the self-employed one, in read-only mode. Set it up once and manual re-sending is over.

1

You invoice as usual

Keep issuing invoices, logging expenses, and uploading receipts. OCR categorizes them on its own, AEAT accepts them automatically. Business as usual.

2

Your accountant gets in with one click

Send an invitation to their email. They accept from the email in 30 s and instantly get read access to your invoices, expenses, and forms. Nothing to install, no need to switch accountants.

3

They download what they need

Form 303, 130, 111… they grab them from the panel themselves. If something doesn't add up, they see it before you even know. Zero emails saying «send me this quarter's invoices».

Accountant permissions

What they see and what they can't touch

By default they get «tax read-only» access. You can grant extra permissions temporarily from Settings → Members if you need to.

Your accountant can

  • View your issued invoices
  • View your expenses and suppliers
  • Download AEAT forms (303, 111, 130, 190, 347, 349)
  • Download VAT books and export to A3/Sage
  • View tax alerts and deadlines

They will never be able to

  • Create, edit, or void invoices
  • Change your company settings
  • View your Cofactu plan or billing data
  • Access your PSD2 bank account
For accounting firms

One accountant, several clients from a single login

If your accountant handles other self-employed clients on Cofactu, they see all of them from the same account with a selector. No N passwords, no N tabs. And everything they check stays in the audit log — for your peace of mind and theirs.

  • Switch clients with one click, without logging out
  • Each client enters or leaves their portfolio when you invite them or remove access
  • Immutable audit log: who checked what and when

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before inviting

Can my accountant modify my invoices?

No. The preset permission is «tax read-only» — they see everything they need to advise you and file forms, but they can't create, edit, or void anything. No company settings, no plan info, no PSD2 bank access. If you ever want to grant more permissions temporarily, you choose from Settings → Members.

Can I invite my accountant without them having a Cofactu account?

Yes. They get an email with a magic link that creates their account automatically when clicked. No signup forms, no need to create a password beforehand. Accepting the invitation takes 10 seconds.

What if I switch accountants later?

You remove their access from Settings → Members and they instantly lose visibility into your data. The history of what they viewed stays in the audit log for your peace of mind.

Can my accountant manage several Cofactu clients from their account?

Yes. If your accountant handles other self-employed clients and they all send a Cofactu invitation, they see every org from the same login with a selector. No need for N different accounts.

My accountant uses A3/Sage/Contaplus — will Cofactu work?

Yes. Cofactu exports to the standard formats of the leading tax ERPs (A3CON, Sage 50, Contaplus). Your accountant downloads the file with one click and imports it into their accounting software. No more manual Excel files.

How long until the accountant is up and running?

30 seconds from receiving the email. They accept the invitation, see the panel with your invoices, and download what they need. No long onboarding: the accountant panel is the same as the self-employed one, just in read-only mode.
