Boxes

The main boxes of Modelo 347

Cofactu fills them in automatically from your invoices, expenses, payroll, or rental income. It shows them in an editable preview before filing — you never submit without reviewing.

Box Name What it covers
Key A

Acquisitions of goods and services (suppliers)

Breakdown by supplier: tax ID, name, annual amount (sum of the year's expenses to that supplier). Only those > 3,005.06 € are included. Cofactu aggregates this from the Expenses module.
Key B

Supplies of goods and services (customers)

Breakdown by customer: tax ID, name, annual amount (sum of the year's issued invoices to that customer). Only those > 3,005.06 € are included. Cofactu aggregates this from Issued Invoices.
Quarterly breakdown

Amounts per quarter per counterparty

Each record must be broken down by quarter (Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4). Cofactu calculates this automatically from the date of each invoice/expense.
Cash payments

Cash payments > 6,000 €

Specific marker for cash payments exceeding 6,000 € to the same person during the tax year. A very niche case.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Cofactu file it directly or just download the file?
It files it directly, via TGVI Online v2.8. Cofactu is one of the few Spanish SaaS platforms that integrates the protocol. You get the official CSV on screen in under 30 seconds.
What happens if the AEAT rejects my 347?
Cofactu shows you the explained error code and takes you straight to the specific customer or supplier that's failing (invalid tax ID, incomplete data). The draft stays saved so you can retry.
Do I need a digital certificate?
Yes. It's a requirement for TGVI. You upload it once (AES-256-GCM encrypted) and Cofactu reuses it for the 347, 349, 190, 303, 111, 130 and 115.
What about intra-community transactions?
Intra-community transactions do NOT go on the 347, they go on Modelo 349. Cofactu filters them automatically and flags them for the 349 — there's no duplication.
What if the AEAT says the counterparty declared a different amount?
That's an automatic cross-check the AEAT runs between what you declare and what your customer/supplier declares. Cofactu warns you if the mismatch is on your side (an invoice not recorded, etc.). To check the other side, ask your counterparty to confirm what they declared.
Does it cover keys C/D/E (real estate transactions)?
Today we cover keys A and B (≈95% of transactions). We add keys C/D/E (collections on behalf of third parties, real estate transactions) based on demand — let us know if you need them.
What about cash payments > 6,000 €?
An optional marker on key B for customers with cash payments > 6,000 € during the tax year. Cofactu asks before submitting if there are any and flags them correctly.
