Who's behind Cofactu?
Cofactu is a product of Codificado SL, a team based in Madrid, Spain. Product, infrastructure and support are coordinated within the same organisation, with identifiable people accountable and public contact channels.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union. We use infrastructure with an EU region (database and PDF/XML storage), complying with GDPR. Your tax data never leaves European soil.
Who answers if I have a problem?
The Cofactu team reviews your enquiry and replies during business hours. We avoid long forms and canned answers: just explain the context, the relevant identifier and what you need to resolve.
Can I take my data with me if I leave Cofactu?
Yes, in one click. We export your invoices, customers, and records in standard formats. We don't believe in trapping customers: if Cofactu isn't a fit, we help you leave.
