Why doesn't Cofactu charge for the inventory module?
Holded inherited the paid-module model of traditional desktop ERPs (Sage, A3, Contasol). Cofactu was born cloud-native: the marginal cost of serving variants or batches to a user is close to zero, so turning it into an upsell doesn't make sense. Our pricing is a single plan, everything included.
Does Cofactu have a physical POS like Holded?
Yes, and it's included in the Business plan: a full POS for retail and hospitality that runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, with standard receipt printers, cash drawers and barcode scanners. We don't sell our own hardware — you use what you have or buy any compatible device. The first register is included and extra registers cost €10/month; in Holded the POS is billed at €25/month per extra store.
I'm coming from Holded with products and stock — can I migrate?
Yes. We import your product catalog, categories, and stock from Holded, keeping variants, batches, and serial numbers. If you decide to leave later, you take all your data with you in a ZIP with 1 click, at no exit cost.
