Generate the available official files

For 303, 111 and 130, Cofactu generates the BOE file for manual review and upload. Modelo 115 and direct TGVI submission remain pending the validations stated below.

Traceable preparation

Calculations and generated files remain linked to the accounting source. An AEAT receipt exists only after an actual filing through the competent channel.

Certificate only when the channel requires it

Generating a BOE file does not require uploading a certificate. Identification and sufficient authority are required when the return is actually filed.

The market gap

Calculation and filing are different steps. Cofactu shows both honestly.

The AEAT publishes a proprietary protocol, TGVI Online v2.8, for informational returns, and fixed-position BOE files for self-assessments. Integrating it requires mTLS, an X.509 v3 certificate, ISO-8859-1 encoding and positional parsing. That's why almost no one does it.

  • Available today: Cofactu calculates the return and generates BOE files for 303, 111 and 130.
  • Not yet sold: Modelo 115 file generation and direct TGVI submission for 190, 347 and 349.
Process

File a quarter in four steps

No retyping the calculated boxes. Filing still takes place through the AEAT website for the available BOE files.

  1. 1

    Review your tax profile

Cofactu detects likely filing duties from your activity. You remain responsible for confirming them, personally or with your adviser.

  2. 2

    Cofactu aggregates the period's data

It pulls from the invoices, expenses, payroll and rental income already in the app. The return balances itself.

  3. 3

Review and generate the available file

For 303, 111 and 130, download the BOE file and upload it through the AEAT website. The 115 file and TGVI direct submission are not yet commercially available.

  4. 4

    Keep the actual filing receipt

After filing through the AEAT, retain its official receipt or CSV. Cofactu will not display a submission as completed without an official response.

Integrity check. If a byte in the generated file changes, its hash changes too. This proves file integrity, not that the AEAT has received or accepted the return.
